Flexible Options: You can book one-off calls whenever you need help, or go for a package with multiple sessions for ongoing support. Follow-Up Support: After the call, we'll send you a summary of what we discussed and any additional resources that may help you out.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your appointment needs. Please review the following booking policy: Appointment Booking: All appointments must be booked through our official booking system or by contacting us. A valid email address and/or phone number is required for booking confirmation and communication purposes. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule or cancel appointments up to 2 hours before the scheduled session without any penalty. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, clients must notify us through the booking system or by contacting us directly at least 2 hours before the appointment time. Failure to provide at least 2 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee. In case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. Late Arrivals: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, arriving late to your appointment may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled appointments. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time to ensure the full duration of their scheduled session. No-show Policy: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or may require pre-payment for future appointments. Fees and Payments: Any applicable cancellation fees will be communicated at the time of booking or upon cancellation. Payment for services rendered, including cancellation fees, must be settled as per the payment terms outlined by Aestic. Exceptions: I understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis.
